Some flowers and greenery can be toxic to pets if ingested. While we do our best to provide safe arrangements when requested, we cannot guarantee that every flower is pet-friendly. Please keep all flowers out of reach of pets. Philia Flora is not responsible for any issues arising from pet consumption of flowers.

With proper care (fresh water, clean vase, away from direct heat/sunlight), most arrangements last 3–7 days. Some delicate blooms may have a shorter vase life.

Yes! Our local delivery covers the GTA. You can enter your address at checkout to confirm if your location falls within our delivery zones.

If the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers in a safe spot (weather permitting) or with a concierge/neighbor. If re-delivery is required, an additional fee may apply. We recommend letting your recipient know that the flowers are arriving, especially during the cold winter months.

We work with seasonal blooms and may not always have specific flowers available.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings and large events to ensure availability of seasonal flowers and to allow for detailed design planning.

Yes! We work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Some flowers are seasonal or limited in availability, so we’ll provide alternatives of equal beauty and quality if needed.

Yes, we offer full setup and teardown services. Teardown can also be handled by the client if preferred, depending on venue rules and timing. Additional fees apply for extended service hours.

Wedding and event floral costs are based on the design, size, and type of arrangements, not on guest count. We provide pricing guidance per arrangement or installation to help you plan within your budget.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is due prior to the event. Cancellation policies depend on timing and services booked—please contact us for details.
