Inquiry form → Budget alignment & optional virtual consultation → Initial quote, preliminary mood board, and contract signing → Ongoing collaboration with vendor team & detailed floral design proposal → Final quote confirmation (final balance due 14 days before event) → Event day

Consultation:
During our consultation, we’ll talk more deeply about your ceremony design, candle styling, and any specific floral pieces you’re dreaming of. Sharing inspiration images is always encouraged - it helps me understand the atmosphere and aesthetic you’re hoping to create.
When is the best time to reach out about wedding florals? We recommend contacting me 6–12 months before your wedding date. Popular dates tend to book quickly, and to maintain the highest quality of work, we limit the number of events we take on.
