- For Feb 13th and 14th delivery, please place your order before Feb 9th 12AM. ONLY PICK-UP option is available after Feb 9th 12AM. Orders for delivery made after this date will be automatically refunded. For more inquiries, please give us a call or text at 647-975-0052.
- Valentine’s Pick-Up Recommendation: If you’re concerned about timing on Valentine’s Day, we strongly recommend scheduling your order for pick-up, while avoiding late afternoon/evening delivery during our busiest time of the year.
- Delivery Notes: Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will be made within the scheduled delivery window 12pm-9pm. Please note that for deliveries on February 13 and 14, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time due to high volume. Our delivery team will be working continuously throughout the day. For buildings with concierge services, security desks, or mailrooms, deliveries are typically left with building staff in accordance with their policies. Once arrangements are handed off, the timing of when they reach the recipient is managed by the building, and unfortunately outside of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period, and thank you for choosing us to be part of your Valentine’s celebration!
- Weather Condition: Please note that temperatures on February 13 and 14 are expected to range between -6°C and -14°C. Flowers may be at risk of freezing if left outdoors. To help protect your order, all wrapped and packaged arrangements for deliveries will be covered with a clear bag.
